2025 Annual Block Party

Hi everyone,

We’re excited to announce that our annual Block Party is happening on November 8 -- and you’re invited! It’s a great chance to relax, have fun, and connect with neighbors old and new.

📅 Date: November 8 (Rain date: November 9)

🕓 Time: 3 pm - 6 pm

📍 Location: Common Area on History Drive

We’ll have:

🍔 Grilled burgers and hotdogs, drinks, beer, and potluck dishes

🎈 Kids’ activities

🍰 Dessert table (bring your favorite treat to share!)

Feel free to bring your lawn chairs, a side dish, and your best party spirit!

If you’d like to help with setup, cleanup, or entertainment, please reply to this email — we’d love the extra hands.  We are most definitely looking for volunteers to create and help set up the Kids' activities.
