The Association maintains common property for the recreation and enjoyment of all its members.  The Common Grounds Committee, as appointed by the Board, advises the Board on all matters pertaining to the maintenance, repair, or improvement of the common properties. To ensure continued enjoyment of these areas, the following rules have been adopted:

• No Homeowner shall hamper access to any common area.

• No dumping of any type of trash or lawn debris shall be permitted in any of the common areas.

• No signs are to be posted on the common area unless authorized by the Board of Directors.

• No motorized vehicles are allowed on the common areas unless authorized by the Board.

• No shrubbery or trees are to be removed from the common areas.

• Dead trees on common land will be removed annually or when necessary for the safety and protection of Fox Vale homes and residents.

• Note:  Prior approval is required for removal of any trees (dead or alive) from homeowner property which have a diameter of over 4 inches. Please submit a tree removal request form to any board member.

• The fine for cutting trees is $250 per occurrence.

• No hunting on the Common Grounds is permitted.
