Homeowners Association

The Fox Vale Homeowners Association (HOA) is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It maintains covenants and regulations, including architectural control, designed to protect the value and desirability of properties in the association.

The HOA further operates to foster community and common interests among its members by having a variety of social events such as block parties and community cleanup days.
